Mr. Joshua Z. Tabin , our Chairman and CEO, has over 14 years experience in the computer industry. Early in his career, while working toward his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Business Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Mr. Tabin functioned as a programmer and consultant for SuperValu Corporation, working with Burroughs (and later Unisys) mainframe computers. Mr. Tabin was also active in the development of PC-based database and information systems used for cost center tracking. In 1990, Mr. Tabin transitioned into the field of Corporate Sales and Management for a ComputerLand store in Urbana, IL. Then, in 1993, he moved to Chicago, IL to work for Elek-Tek, Inc., where he leveraged relationships with very large and Fortune 500 companies including: Anixter, Case, Comdisco, GE, Philips, and Tribune to create an account base that ultimately grew to a run-rate of over $30 million in annual revenue. As a National Corporate Accounts Manager, Mr. Tabin helped create channel strategies and distribution models, developed market strategies, and managed vendor/manufacturer relationships. Since 1996 Mr. Tabin has been Chairman and CEO of Tabin Corporation, and also serves on the Board of Directors of Miralink Corporation, Salt Lake City, UT.

Vincent P. Willas: Our Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Vincent P. Willas, in addition to a Masters Degree in Business Administration, has degrees in Biology and Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago. His more than ten years of corporate business experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations for Reid Psychological Systems. During Mr. Willas' tenure there, he was instrumental in helping grow the company by more than 75%. His work is characterized by a high degree of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail. Mr. Willas has been particularly effective at developing strong alliances with TTI's more than 200 vendors and is responsible for the excellent relationships with our lenders and banks. His meticulous attention to fiscal matters allows Tabin Technology, Inc. to maintain a well-organized and efficient operation.

Nicole Heinrich, President of Tabin Laser Solutions, Inc. and Director on the Board of Tabin Corporation, began expressing her entrepreneurial streak in 1991 in Tokyo, Japan. Ms. Heinrich worked in Ginza as an English-speaking facilitator for several large Japanese Corporations while undertaking studies in lingual and cultural differences between Japanese and American corporate business. During this time Nicole became acquainted with the President of the Panasonic division of Matsushita Electric, the General Manager of Mitsubishi, the President of NEC, and many other influential heads of Japanese business. In 1994, Ms. Heinrich founded the Culture Oasis Bed and Breakfast in Nice, France. During this time, she also studied French language and culture at the University of Nice. After returning to the United States in 1996, Ms. Heinrich helped form Total Laser Solutions, Inc. (TLS), a woman-managed company providing laser printer service, maintenance and supply items. Working out of her home in Chicago, IL., TLS acheived sales of nearly $500,000 per month within its first year -- with only five employees! Renamed Tabin Laser Solutions, Inc. in January, 2000, and now a division of Tabin Corporation, TLS was (and still is) the foundation of profitability for the explosive growth and success of Tabin Corporation.
